For a completely unused credit pack, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of successful payment. Partially used packs, billing errors, non-delivery and technical issues are reviewed individually under the full Refund Policy, including later requests. Apply by emailing support@airappervideos.com or opening an account support ticket; a request is not approval, payment initiation or receipt. We aim to respond within 2 business days and initiate an approved refund manually through the payment channel within 5 business days of approval. Arrival depends on the payment method, payment provider and bank. A confirmed failed task returns credits, not an automatic cash refund. Personal preference about a successfully delivered result does not automatically qualify for a refund. Refund Policy
